En Caminos Inciertos la pintura tiene un sentido inherente, ajeno a una asociación mínimamente figurativa. La ausencia de límites, fronteras o elementos lineales imposibilita una respuesta absoluta y definida. Tan sólo los códigos puramente plásticos tienen relevancia. La composición, el color, el ritmo, y especialmente la búsqueda de equilibrio. Es una batalla de silencios, de gritos. De contraste y de sutileza. En definitiva, una lucha entre conceptos entendidos como contrarios o antagonistas que conviven en  la superficie del lienzo. Como el sinfín de matices que configuran la personalidad humana
